Chef's Recipe Series

Louis Dressing

  • 4 cups mayonnaise
  • 8 oz can tomato chili sauce
  • 1 tbl. lemon juice
  • ¾ tea. worcestershire
  • ½ tea. chopped garlic
  • ¾ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tbl. capers
  • 1 rib celery
  • ½ cup dice onion

Combine all ingredients and mix well with blender.
